"Packaging was just okay"
The box showed up a bit dented, which was annoying. I know you’re supposed to just be patient and deal with shipping stuff, but i shouldn’t have to cross my fingers every time a package arrives.

Overall, it seems trustworthy enough, but the safety checks took longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next or how long each step would take. I was kind of left waiting around and guessing, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Condition was, uh, a bit off"
I bought a watch from Bezel and it showed up quickly, which was great. But, uh, the condition wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. The listing said “very good,” but I noticed a few more scratches on the clasp and case than I thought there would be. It’s not terrible or anything, and the watch is still really nice overall, but I do feel like the condition was described a little too generously.

"Decent experience, but not the best"
The seller was okay overall, professional enough, but the replies were a bit slow and kind of short 😅 The deal went through fine in the end, I just expected a little more guidance and help along the way.

"Lots of watches, but the info could be clearer"
I was surprised by how many watches they had to choose from, and browsing around was easy. The only annoying part was that some of the communication/details weren’t very clear, so I had to double-check things more than I wanted to.

"Shipping felt slower than expected"
I ordered from Bezel and the item did show up, but the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. The tracking didn’t update for a while either, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on for a few days. When I looked for more info, it felt like my concerns weren’t really being taken seriously. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth or especially fast...

"Payment options are decent, but I’d like more flexibility"
As someone who likes to have a few different ways to pay depending on the situation, I thought the payment options were okay. They worked fine, but I definitely found myself wishing there were a couple more choices to make checkout feel more convenient.

I had a small issue with my order, nothing huge, but you know how those things can be annoying. I messaged Bezel and wasn’t expecting much, maybe a reply in a day or two, if that.
They got back to me way faster than I thought, and it actually felt like a real person read my message. Not one of those generic copy-paste answers, which I always notice. Anyway, they sorted it out the same day, the whole thing was painless, and yeah, I’d definitely use them again...

"Prices are okay, but not always the best"
I was checking out getbezel.com for a watch I had my eye on, and the prices were kinda all over the place. Some listings seemed reasonable, but a few were higher than what I found on other sites.

The site itself is easy to browse, which I liked, but if price is your main focus, I’d probably compare a bit before buying. It’s not bad at all, just kinda not the cheapest option I found

"Return worked out, just took a while"
The return did go through eventually. So, yeah, it worked. But it was slower than I thought it would be. I had to wait a bit for support to get back to me, which was a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience or anything. Just kind of annoying in the moment
